You can clean your mind by talking to helper. After cleaning, you will find new insights and opportunities in your mind. Counselling is one of your mind support tool. Don’t hesitate and grab your happiness.
Labour & Birth Doula
Labour & Birth Doula is supporting a pregnant person and her family with experienced information and knowledgeable practical and partner’s emotional care as well.
Postpartum Doula
The postpartum Doula encourages bonding between the new baby and other siblings and family. My mostly main jobs as postpartum Doula is how new family start happy life with new baby and new mother has to recover her body.
Family Childcare
between 1 to 5 years old
Family with young kids is always busy. They need a spear time for managing their healthy life. My concept is support them to restore their energy and have a better time with their children. It is important for parents and children to have time to interact with the outside world.
Menopause Doula
It’s no secret that fertility and support does not start and end with conception and birth. Peri-menopause and menopause are life experiences that many persons mitigate through their sometimes 30s, into their 40s and well beyond their 50s.
To live life being true to yourself!
The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters.
What is the Doula?
The definition of a doula is a person trained to advise, inform, and offer emotional and physical comfort to a mother before, during, and after the birth of her child. The word doula comes from the Greek word doulē, the meaning of which translates to female helper.

Rebirth: Pregnancy is a mystery and offers a new life for everyone. It’s the same process of being born from an egg to a fetus and as an infant, as everyone has experienced in the mother’s belly. People are rebirth over and over again in their life.
Durability: a symbol of durability and being able to endure various difficulties in life. The baby might seem gentle and small, but they can survive very hard conditions. Same time everybody naturally can get a lot of durability energy from baby.
Purity: the Baby is purity all the time and never has a doubt. They have a pure heart that grows straight, absorbing the love of their family.
Affection: This flower is also a symbol of affection. Mother and Partner can gift Love and care deeply to baby and each other like a flower.
Strength: The ties between parents and baby seems gentle and easily breakable, this is not the case. Their ties are very durable and can withstand various conditions. Family ties can make you strength and power which means you will be a strong person for protect and right support to your baby.
I love this tree, same time I strongly believe that children and parents support each other, stimulate each other, think and grow together.
About me
My name is SATOMI, I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and undertook my undergraduate study in Tokyo. Before I immigrated to Australia in 2005, I worked in Japanese Government. After my migration, I have worked for several international corporations in Australia. In 2016, I immigrated to Canada with my family.
I can fluently communicate in Japanese and English.
I have 3 sons. First baby was born in a hospital in Western Australia. Second and third babies are twins. They were born in a hospital in Canada.
First and second birth experiences were not smooth at all. Also, information was not enough for every situation. After birth, I got postpartum depression. Overall, my birthing and postpartum experiences were terrible and very far from my dreamed pregnancy and postpartum time.
Therefore, I have understood that information, advice and continually supporte by a professional person are important for a pregnant and a new mother.
In addition, when my sons were small, I studied Childcare. I have a great knowledge and passion to work with babies and young children. I love setting up some fun activities or doing circle time with my children.
Lastly, my goal is to provide the new baby and parents a welcoming multicultural and pleasant environment to learn, work and participate.
Also, I always welcome you to discuss with me about your dream birthing plan and make less stress on your mind.
